For one of our premium food clients in the UK market, we managed a full Amazon PPC restructuring that produced exceptional results. The brand, which sells beef jerky, was struggling with high ACOS and unorganized campaigns that were wasting ad spend. After a complete rebuild of their PPC strategy—including new Auto, Phrase, and Exact match campaigns, aggressive keyword harvesting, ASIN targeting, and placement optimization—we were able to significantly improve performance. Over the campaign period, the ads generated 963,284 impressions and 5,071 clicks, with a total spend of £67,718.
This investment resulted in £1,464,378.90 in attributed sales, bringing the ACOS down to just 4.62% and achieving a ROAS of 21.62. This means every £1 spent returned over £21 in sales. The account not only became more profitable but also experienced strong and stable ranking growth due to our optimized PPC structure.
